Fenton & Co LLP is a career management practice led by Ciaran Fenton who has developed a model to manage careers as micro-businesses and jobs as joint ventures. He launched the practice because he felt that there was a "market in the gap" between the needs of senior executives and professionals (£150,000+) and what coaches, mentors, trainers, outplacement providers, head-hunters and organisations were providing.


He is supported by a programme management team and associate experts and, with their help, he addresses three core needs for individuals or, for organisations on behalf of individuals: 
  • Career strategy
  • Performance at work
  • Generating and closing new career opportunities

Areas of focus include:
  • Career step-change – new sector, role, new business or portfolio launch
  • Long service leavers – all sectors including lawyers
  • Performance milestones – First 100 Days, Next 100 Days, Last 100 Days i.e. managing a “good exit”
