We are supported by researchers and IT professionals and by an Advisory Board which ensures that we have a relevant and up-to-date understanding of the market and our clients' needs. Team

Ciaran Fenton, Founding Partner. Ciaran’s corporate background is in senior management roles at Hachette, ITN, Pearson, and GMG where he was involved in and observed successful talent and intellectual property management models in sport, publishing, film and television always in high change environments. He was also exposed to a wide range of personal and leadership development processes. These experiences formed the basis of the Fenton Model™ which he created and developed and, since 2002, he has a successful track record of applying the Model with individuals and organisations including, for example: Atkins, Unilever, Sony Ericsson and UBS Investment Bank. He is a mentor at London Business School, a member of Coutts Bank's Assets & Responsibility Faculty and an advisor with Young Enterprise. He holds a business degree, B.Com (Hons.), from The National University of Ireland, Cork.
 
Leila Tavakoli, Partner - Operations. Leila has a variety of project and programme management experience within public and private sector companies. After starting on BT's Graduate Scheme, Leila was quickly promoted to manage some of BT Wholesale's internal IT Infrastructure Change Programmes, and in 2007, she started her own project management consultancy. Leila holds an Information Systems Degree, BSc Honours, from the University of Leeds.

Malcolm Wolf, Delivery Supervisor and Advisory Board. Malcolm Wolf has 25 years experience of consulting to some of the world's leading corporations on critical issues of strategy, performance, organization, and IT. He was formerly a Partner at McKinsey, where he built and co-led McKinsey's IT practice in the UK, and he has also been a Partner of KPMG, where he built and led an M&A Business Advisory practice in TMT sectors. Malcolm is a currently a Director of TruePoint, a boutique linked to Harvard Business School, specialised in transforming business, organisation and people performance. His clients have included Microsoft, BP, Roche, Reuters, Terra Firma, and JPMorgan. Malcolm is a mentor on London Business School's Entrepreneurship program, and a mentor to disadvantaged young people for The Prince's Trust. Malcolm holds degrees in both Philosophy and Chemistry, and a PhD in Computational Chemistry from University College London. His academic distinctions include the UCL Faculty of Science medal, for top science degree of the year, and the UCL Ramsay medal for most distinguished research.

Ken J. Davey, Business Development Director. Ken is an experienced business to business board level sales specialist, with a strong commercial and financial management background. He has over twelve years of international sales and delivery consulting experience with KPMG - seven at Director level. His clients have included: Nokia, Nokia Siemens Networks, Thomson Reuters and Huhtamaki, Canon, Deutsche Telekom and France Télécom. Ken has an MBA and accountancy qualification (FCMA).

 Anthony JacquesAnthony Jacques, Associate.  Anthony has been involved in top level career management and outplacement for eighteen years, working with some of the leading UK companies in this field. Entirely focused on effective one to one client interaction, he has assisted a number of high profile senior directors into new and meaningful roles. Following some years in the Army, he spent his mid-career years at Lloyd’s of London as a broker and underwriting agent; and as an underwriting member of Lloyd’s during some of the most exciting periods of change in the Market’s recent history. He holds a History degree from the University of Manchester.

 
Linda Clark, Associate.
In 2001, Linda founded an executive search firm to serve SMEs in the retail and consumer sectors. Her clients have included Brooks Brothers, Neal’s Yard Remedies and Fairline Boats. Prior to that, she held senior marketing roles in the Signet group, Woolworths, Elizabeth Arden and Parfums Yves St Laurent as well as Pragma, a niche brand strategy consultancy. After an initial start in the City as an analyst, Linda won a scholarship to study an MBA after which she launched her career in marketing. She sits on the Advisory Board of the charity, Spear, which works with disadvantaged young people to equip them for the workplace. Linda holds a BA Hons. degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Reading.

Nick DeemingNick Deeming, Advisory Board. Nick has over 25 years working knowledge of all areas of corporate law, risk management, compliance and corporate governance which has led to a strong blend of legal and leadership experience. Nick is Christie’s Group General Counsel and Company Secretary and also has management responsibilities as chairman of two Christie's Group subsidiaries - Christie's Great Estates and Christie's Financial Services. Prior to joining Christie’s, Nick held senior legal and company secretary positions with the BOC Group, Sema Group Plc, PPP Healthcare Group Plc. and Target Group Plc. Nick was a Legal Advisor at Burmah Oil Exploration Ltd and he started his career as a lecturer in law at Guildhall University. Nick holds an Executive M.B.A degree from Cranfield University, a Law Degree from Cass Business School/Guildhall University and he qualified as a Solicitor in 1981.

Andy Gannon, Advisory Board. During a 25 year career, Andy spent 19-years at Hewlett Packard where his final position was at UK Director level. He has a reputation as a change manager and organisational designer, and over the last five years has joined the boards of a number of businesses as Executive and Non Executive Director. This is complemented by pro-bono work in the charity and not-for-profit sector along with advisory, mentoring and coaching roles. Andy holds a Civil Engineering Degree, BSc, from the University of Nottingham, is a Member of the British Computer Society and a Fellow of the RSA.
